Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in preparing and updating hygiene inspection checklists and maintaining accurate records of findings 2. Support data entry and tracking of hygiene and food safety records using Excel or internal systems 3. Assist in preparing summary reports and presentation materials for audits, performance reviews, and KPI monitoring 4. Coordinate with service vendors (e.g., cleaning and pest control) to support routine activities and resolve hygiene-related issues 5. Follow up on corrective action plans arising from internal audits or QA feedback 6. Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure timely updates and closure of hygiene matters across departments |
Key Requirements
1. Basic understanding of F&B operations and hygiene principles (e.g., FIFO, food safety awareness, cleanliness standards). 2. Strong coordination and follow-up skills — able to track multiple items and ensure closure. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic admin tools for reporting and documentation. 4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle routine interaction with vendors and internal teams. 5. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, especially in routine checks or documentation. 6. Ability to work both independently and in support of a team, especially in fast-paced operational environments. |
