Key Responsibilities
1. Assist to organize and maintain employees files, records and documentation, and provide general administration support for HR functions 2. Assist to address employee queries in relation to benefits, payroll, contracts etc, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance 3. Assist recruitment in posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews, as well as facilitate a smooth onboarding process 4. Support reviews and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and drive morale 5. Participate in HR projects as assigned, not limited to policy development and HR process reviews |
Key Requirements
1. Currently studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage and interact with stakeholders of various levels 3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and is an effective team player 4. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and excited to take on challenges 5. Possess problem-solving skills and growth mindset to achieve win-win in handling unexpected situations |
