Key Responsibilities

 

In this role you are required:
1. Creating a memorable customer service experience for the lounge guests
2. Improving customer satisfaction and increase service standards
3. Resolves issues or complaints with empathy and care
4. Provide creative ideas to increase revenues and boost productivity
5. Partner with Duty Managers and provide suggestions to improve the overall standards in the lounge
6. Manage customer needs and expectations, providing them with solutions
7. Using different approach/techniques to deal with difficult customers
8. Understanding how the operation runs and have a clear understanding on product knowledge and services
9. Demonstrate confidence and skill as a problem solver
10. Understanding different types of systems and payment modes which includes credit card processing
11. Perform administrative tasks

Work Address: Changi Airport Terminal 4
 
Work Hours: 5 work days per week. Rotating shifts (No overnight). All shift working hours shall start not earlier than 0500 and end no later than 2300.
