Key Responsibilities
| 1. Assist in executing operational excellence projects across all business units 2. Participates in project management including coordination of trials with various internal and external stakeholders (including airport authority and airline customers), perform data collection and analysis, and value stream mapping 3. Review and propose enhancements to the current work processes with the aim to improve accuracy, enhance efficiency, reduce manual works while upholding safety 4. Assist in formulating Business Requirement and tender documentations, conducting tender evaluation and participating in User Acceptance Testing 5. Any other assignments or projects as per assigned by Reporting Officer |

| 1. Current undergraduate in any field 2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage and interact with stakeholders of various levels 3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and is an effective team player 4. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and excited to take on challenges 5.
