Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily business planning and support systems for onboard retail operations, to ensure quality delivery of services, in accordance to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure the specific airlines requirements, safety regulations, security and aviation regulatory requirements are met.
2. Maintain a good professional working relationship with various stakeholders, including our airline customers to understand their needs, and to strike a balance with our operational viability and marketing strategy execution
3. Oversee resource management to ensure manpower are adequate, well-trained and competent, compliant to regulations, cost efficient as well as availability of serviceable equipment/technology to deliver the required services.
4. Ensure staff performance, morale and continual improvement, including administration such as competency skills, upskilling, discipline, compliance and work schedule etc.
5. Review, innovate and redesign work processes to achieve efficiency and relevancy, and to ensure accurate, real-time inventory management and sales records. Investigate incidents or irregularities promptly to review processes and present corrective action plans so as to ensure business continuity and service quality standards.

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage and interact with stakeholders of various levels
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and is an effective team player

5. Possess problem-solving skills and growth mindset to achieve win-win in handling unexpected situations
