Key Responsibilities
| In this role you are required: 1. Assist in AIC Productivity Projects, e.g. Store Management System, AICTS (AIC Training System); and support on operations data collation and analysis for customer experience improvement. 2. Assist in AIC Digitalisation Journey which includes, but not limited: (1) brainstorming on requirements (2) UAT testing (3) implementation of plans (4) change management and staff engagement 3. Collect, interpret and conduct analysis on operational data for improvement on quality of cleaning 4. Conduct flight checks to ensure quality of cleaning 5. Support admin team in data collation and day-to-day ops support function; Explore admin processes using digitalisation and virtual platforms. 6. Assist in logistics planning and warehouse/store management. 7. Perform other duties assigned as and when required by the department |
