Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
2. Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and stock issuance activities.
3. Prepare operational reports, KPI trackers, and presentations.
4. Support stock counts, stocktakes, and inventory reconciliation.
5. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
6. Monitor compliance with operational, housekeeping, and safety standards.
7. Maintain inventory, operational, and audit documentation.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects.
9. Coordinate cross-functional communication and closure of operational matters.
10. Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
1. Basic understanding of Logistics and Supply chain
2. Strong coordination and follow-up skills — able to track multiple items and ensure closure.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic admin tools for reporting and documentation.
4. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle routine interaction with vendors and internal teams.
5. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, especially in routine checks or documentation.
6. Ability to work both independently and in support of a team, especially in fast-paced operational environments.
