Key Responsibilities
1. Support tracking contract renewals and new business pursuits across APAC stations to ensure disciplined pipeline management and timely follow ups.
2. Maintains a comprehensive, up-to-date accounts landscape across APAC, ensuring high data integrity to enable accurate identification of white spaces opportunities and targeted pursuits.
3. Consolidate accounts related info, including but not limited to, revenues, volumes, contract start/end dates, etc, to facilitate timely review and accurate analysis. Formulate account reports on driving new pursuits status, to facilitate timely intervention or formulating of strategies with senior management.
5. Active member of the CRM taskforce to support the implementation across the APAC stations.
6. Support and coordinate Quarterly Business Review decks, in liaison closely with local APAC commercial teams and the Global Account Directors.
