Key Responsibilities


•  Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of multi-disciplinary engineering refurbishment and upgrading works.
•  Stakeholders Coordination:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders,  consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve technical and operational issues.
•  Technical Review:
Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions, providing input where necessary to ensure alignment with the project requirements and compliance.
•  Progress Monitoring and Site Inspection:
Track project milestones, update schedules, and highlight risks of safety and delays to the project team. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, and quality requirements.
•  Project Administration:
Manage documentation, meeting minutes/ record taking and reporting. Maintain accurate records of meeting, approvals, discussions, correspondences, site works, progress variation orders, and other project documentation.

Key Requirements

•  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Management
•  Basic mechanical/ electrical engineering knowledge.
•  Good communication, coordination, and presentation skill.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, video/ photo editing, CAD or any project scheduling software.
•  Willing to work on-site (non-office environment) and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
