Key Responsibilities
| To support the PMO in administering Wrike as the central platform for project planning, tracking and reporting across SG Hub. 1. System Configuration Support: Assist in Wrike blueprint setup, folder structures, permissions and user access configuration in alignment with PMO governance standards. 2. User Onboarding and Training: Support the development of onboarding materials and provide first-level assistance to BUs adopting Wrike. 3. Dashboard and Reporting: Help build and maintain Wrike dashboards, analytics widgets and project health reports to enhance visibility for Senior Management. 4. Quality and Compliance Checks: Perform routine reviews to ensure project entries follow PMO templates, naming conventions, data completeness and accuracy. 5. Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Maintain configuration logs, update SOPs, track enhancement requests and support the PMO in improving Wrike usage across the organisation. |
Key Requirements
| 1. Strong interest in digital tools, workflow systems or project management applications. 2. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to understand system logic and process requirements. 3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with or interest in tools like Wrike or Jira is a plus. 4. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes or system behaviour clearly to users. 5. Detailed-oriented, well-organised and capable of maintaining accurate documentation. 6. Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. |
