Key Responsibilities


In this role, you are required to: 

1. Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for passengers through Changi Airport
2. Guide passengers in navigating the self-service technologies for a seamless check-in process, collaborate with airline crew and various departments to ensure smooth and timely departure process including transfer passenger handling process, and assist passengers requiring special assistance with empathy and respect
3. Proactively identify and seek resolution in handling challenges or travel disruption, utilizing effective communication skills with passengers and various departments
4. Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail, to ensure no error in passenger handling and departure coordination
5. Maintain a professional demeanor while providing quality customer service and assistance as a representive of the airline or airport

Key Requirements


You are best equipped for this role if you have: 

1. Currently studying Aviation or related field
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage and interact with stakeholders of various levels
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and is an effective team player
4. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and excited to take on challenges
5. Possess problem-solving skills and growth mindset to achieve win-win in handling unexpected situations
6. Possess high level of awareness and sensitivity to different cultures and backgrounds, to be able to deliver a positive experience for all passengers
7. Able to work on rotating shift and weekends
