Key Responsibilities
1) Familiarity with various Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems, and Video Surveillance Systems (CCTV).
2) Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot these systems in different security environments.
3) Basic knowledge of security system integration—how to connect different systems (like access control and CCTV) into a unified solution.
4) Skills in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks for IP-ready security systems.
5) Understanding of network protocols and topologies relevant to security infrastructure.
6) Basic system administration skills, such as server operating system setup and security configurations.
7) Competency in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting cabling systems.
8) Understanding of electrical principles relevant to security system installation.
