Key Responsibilities
As an intern in Catering Operations, you will provide support to the Section not limiting to below: • Assist in the coordination and management of day-to-day operations in production or preset areas. • To understand the usage of SAP S/4 system used to perform inventory availability checks and production orders. • Make use of inventory reports to identify variances and do inventory reconciliation between Infolog and SAP S/4. • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies between the material flow of Stores, Food Preparation, Cooking, Dishing and Foodbank stages • Involve in the planning and execution of aviation ramp-up operations capabilities • Involve in meal sampling sessions • To assist in the analysis of streamlining of menu components. • Review of flight schedules and equipment loading plans to ensure correct specifications and equipment used. • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies between the material flow of Stores, Food Preparation, Cooking, Dishing and Foodbank stages |
