Key Responsibilities
The internship will provide exposure to global air cargo operations, product development, network planning, and technology-enabled logistics solutions.
- Support the development of a global scaling roadmap for SATS' Time-Critical Solutions (TCS) product across key stations within the SATS and WFS network.
- Conduct market, customer, and operational analyses, including demand forecasting, volume assessments, and station readiness evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, commercial, technology, and regional teams to gather inputs and support project implementation.
- Develop dashboards, reports, business cases, and presentation materials to support management decision-making and executive discussions.
- Assist in product rollout activities, process documentation, customer engagements, and continuous improvement initiatives related to specialised services.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and cross-functional teams.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint are essential, along with the ability to structure analysis and communicate insights clearly, familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous
The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple workstreams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for stakeholder updates
An interest in product development, commercial strategy, project management, or operations—ideally in logistics or aviation—is advantageous.
