Key Responsibilities
| In this position, you will: 1) Support in key operational scope of Load Control Department which includes but not limited to: - attend airline meetings, - support investigation on airline's queries - conduct internal flights audit - support airlines & authority audits 2) Participate in the department’s project(s) which may include one or more of the following, but not limited to: - brainstorming of ideas - software programming - conducting UATs - training - writing and creation of reference materials - work flow procedure improvements - department procedure manuals updates - liaison with IT vendor on new projects and current online platforms’ improvements 3) Assist in the management of office inventory/ logistics and miscellaneous administrative duties |
Key Requirements
| You are best equipped for this role if you have: 1. Good command of spoken and written English 2. Effective time management skills 3. Ability to multitask 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment 5. Good in computers, airline systems & technology Desired Traits: 1. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn 2. Proactive and self-motivated 3.
