Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:
1) Support in key operational scope of Load Control Department which includes but not limited to:
    - attend airline meetings,
    - support investigation on airline's queries
    - conduct internal flights audit
    - support airlines & authority audits

2) Participate in the department’s project(s) which may include one or more of the following, but not limited to:
     - brainstorming of ideas
     - software programming
     - conducting UATs
     - training
     - writing and creation of reference materials
     - work flow procedure improvements
     - department procedure manuals updates
     - liaison with IT vendor on new projects and current online platforms’ improvements

3) Assist in the management of office inventory/ logistics and miscellaneous administrative duties
