Key Responsibilities
The intern will have the opportunity to be involved in the implementation and execution of a new contract lifecycle management system globally within SATS. This system will manage and track the end-to-end lifecycle of a contract from contract intake, legal re view, negotiations, approvals, execution, storage as well as obligations tracking.
Depending on the timing, responsibilities would include assisting with the organisation of existing contracts, assistance with data migration, development of a clause library, update of contract templates, change management and preparation of training materials.
