Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in and facilitate the Lean Six Sigma program rollout, including end-to-end preparation for LSS training, regular communication, reporting, and promotion at the regional level.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data sets, providing actionable recommendations to improve the program effectiveness.
3. Participate in root cause analysis and employ advanced problem-solving techniques to address operational challenges.
4. Assist in preparing and delivering comprehensive data and presentations to communicate progress and strategic recommendations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret performance data, providing actionable insights.
6. Support and facilitate of all LSS training sessions and workshops on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainability.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2. Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of PowerBI and Automate is a plus.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
6. Able to work independently while being a team player.
