Key Responsibilities
In this role you are required: SuccessFactors (SF) Recruiting & Onboarding – 70% -Assist in weekly walk-in recruitment events (may include weekends). -Provide support for Airport Pass applications, including ASIB and BSIB processes. -Develop customized digital training materials and video guides related to SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules/processes. -Provide technical support by compiling, reviewing, and troubleshooting SF system issues, and escalate them to the SATS HC Systems team and AMS team as necessary. -Monitor ongoing SF issues and ensure timely follow-ups until resolution. New hire-P-file Clean-up – 30% -Clean up new hire P-files in SF Recruiting and Onboarding from 6 June 2025 onward, where onboarding documents were not routed to the temporary holding area. Once the AMS vendor provides a solution, ensure all P-files are fully deposited into the SharePoint P-file repository and are properly accounted for. Other Responsibilities: -Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer or Head of Department (HOD). |
