Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Work Pass matters, including applications, renewals, 6-monthly medical examinations (6ME), and tracking pass statuses.
- Support the preparation and submission of Airport Pass applications for work pass holders.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system, including data entry, document tracking, and filing.
- Coordinate medical check-ups and provide general administrative support, including handling ad-hoc tasks.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Keen interest in HR operations and administrative work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with various teams and stakeholders
- Willing to learn and take initiative
