Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with HR Stakeholders: • Engage in discussions with HR process owners to understand their requirements for automation, focusing on HR-specific processes. • Document these requirements comprehensively, ensuring alignment with HR objectives and compliance standards. 2. Automation Development for HR Processes: • Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology and relevant programming languages (e.g., UiPath, Python, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps) to develop automation solutions tailored to HR workflows. • Adhere to best practices in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows specific to HR processes, prioritizing efficiency, accuracy, and data security. 3. End-to-End Project Involvement: • Participate in the entire project lifecycle of the HR automation initiative, from initial analysis and design to testing and deployment phases. • Work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. |
Key Requirements
1. Diploma and above in Information Technology / Computer Science or any other related discipline 2. Proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps 3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python with the ability to develop and customize automation solutions 4. Keen interest in business analysis and process automation, including gathering requirements, creating process maps, and assisting in the design of automation workflows. 5. Possess strong analytical skills, with good verbal and written communication skills 6. Resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player |
