Key Responsibilities
| In this role you are required: -Utilize multiple resources and job portals to source for candidates -Initial candidate screening by performing background checks and verifying their qualifications and experience -Arrange interview between candidates and hiring managers -Maintain and update candidate data/ status in the SAP SuccessFactors and Recruitment tracker. -Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and next steps -Arrange pre-employment medical examination via in-house Microsoft booking platform -Handle onboarding matters such as preparation of Letter of Appointment, collection of personal documents, application of airport pass and arrangement of airside safety course, etc. -Personal data management in SuccessFactors including data audit and data correction if necessary -Print staff ID card -Answering candidates’ queries via phone calls, emails and/or Whatsapp messages -Participate in Recruitment Fairs |
Key Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field Work on weekends for career fairs (if required) |
