Key Responsibilities
| • General HR administration • HR Customer Service – Answer staff enquiries, attend to walk-in enquiries • Perform data entry into HR database • Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees’ employment, resignation, termination, retirement, contract renewal and etc • Administer work passes (application, renewals, cancellation, updates) • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor |
Key Requirements
| • Independent and exercise sound judgement. • Able to work under pressure to meet reporting timelines • Willing to pick up and broaden skill sets • Dynamic, self-driven and an effective team player • Strong analytical skills • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • People-oriented personality, able to communicate well with others |
