Key Responsibilities
To support HPOE’s outreach and engagement efforts in communicating key performance narratives and transformation models across Singapore Hub.
1. Assist to translate complex operational concepts into clear, compelling, and visually impactful communication materials for roadshows, leadership engagements, and ground staff outreach.
2. Design and produce multimedia content such as videos, visual posters, newsletters and presentation assets to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of these enterprise-wide frameworks.
3. Support the development of dashboards and visual storytelling tools to enhance communication effectiveness during engagements.
4. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and managing correspondence, preparation of presentation decks and reports.
Key Requirements
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools or equivalent design and content production platforms
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and engage with stakeholders at different working levels.
