Key Responsibilities

The Finance Business Partner supports the SATS Group and SG Hub teams by providing financial analysis, insights, and business partnering support to drive business performance and informed decision-making. The role works closely with the Group Finance team, SG Hub leadership and management teams to monitor financial performance, support planning and forecasting, and strengthen financial governance across SG Hub.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in monitoring and analysing the financial performance of investee companies, including revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital trends.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist in preparing financial summaries, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting Support
- Assist in the consolidation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Support the review and analysis of budget submissions from business units and investee companies.
- Contribute to the preparation of management reporting packs.

3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams to gather financial and operational information required for reporting and analysis.
- Support communication and follow-up with investee companies on data requests and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing materials for finance reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues across finance and business functions.

4. Learning & Development / Other Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting requests, and special assignments.
- Gain exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A), investment finance, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management activities.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
