Key Responsibilities

Support employee benefits related operations with focus in 1-2 areas:
1. Employee Insurance - renewal, census, payment, claim advisory
2. Leave and Benefit Plans - leave, medical/holiday/flexible benefits, re-design/enhancement, user guide
3. Policy and Communication - policy review/alignment, employee communication and awareness
3. Data Dashboard and Analysis - data crunch into business storyboard
4. Automation - convert repetition into automation
5. Ops Improvement - process mapping, identify improvement potential, implement solutions
6. Event and Corporate Partners - roadshows, lunch talk, long service awards, corporate partnership
 
Role assigned will take reference from interest and competency.

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

  • Undergraduate in Business, HR, Data, Automation, Events, Communications; or in other undergraduate studies with interest in these areas
  • Meticulous and numerate with keen eye in problem-solving
  • Good in MS Excel with aptitude in IT tools and application
  • Interact well at all levels and strong in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
