Key Responsibilities
In this role you are required:
1.Analyze passenger and customer data across key regions (China, Europe, United States, and Asia) to identify trends, behavioral patterns, and business opportunities.
2. Develop reports and visualizations to monitor changes in passenger profiles, customer preferences, and operational performance indicators.
3. Utilize AI-powered analytics tools and industry research papers to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
4. Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing customer data from platforms such as Salesforce.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that enhance customer experience, engagement, and business performance.
Key Requirements
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
1.Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization techniques, and conducting research using academic or industry publications.
3. Strong interest in data analytics, customer insights, and AI applications in business.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation development), and Word (report writing).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to different stakeholders.
