Key Responsibilities
1. Contract management – negotiation of contract terms, manage service level agreements and annual rates adjustments for services provided by SATS Catering. The individual should also be able to perform profitability analysis of the account.
2. Pricing and billing management - Ensure integrity and accuracy in costing/pricing/billing of meals and services to the Airline group.
3. Account management – To serve as a facilitator and a key source of communication with Airline's Procurement Department & Inflight Services Team; and coordinate internally so as to meet client's expectations. To constantly engage and manage relationships with the Airline teams.
4. Business Intelligence - Use business intelligence to gather market data and trends in order to design and provide solutioning options for the Airline; as well as to negotiate and justify SATS' rates and prices.
5. Working with the Airline Relations Managers and Airline teams on various initiatives & projects, with the main aim of increasing wallet share.
Key Requirements
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Possesses critical thinking skills .
3. Ability to analyse data to monitor statistics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions using tools like POWER BI.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
5. Strong coordination and follow-up skills — able to track multiple items and ensure closure.
6. Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, especially in routine checks or documentation.
7. Ability to work both independently and in support of a team, especially in fast-paced operational environments.
8. Ability to approach problems with fresh perspectives and generate new ideas.
