Key Responsibilities
Cabin Services department runs the delivery of in-flight items to/from aircrafts and catering centres. As an intern you will provide support to the team not limiting to the below: 1) Assist in the admin portion of the daily cabin office operations 2) Support with data entry and monitor compliance for flight audits through data/CCTV review and use of video analytics. 3) Support investigations with data/info gathering and analysis 4) Learn and be familiar with processes in Cabin Services and be involved in continuous improvement initiatives (data collation, validation, anlysis and solutioning) 5) Perform other duties and special assignments/projects as assigned by the Reporting Officers in the Cabin Services department |
Key Requirements
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) 2. Keen in data interpretation and analysis, to monitor and identify trends 3. Comfortable to engage stakeholders as required 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 5. Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once |
