Key Responsibilities
We’re an in‑house build team under Digital Platforms & Solutions. Our mission is to turn operational pain points into simple, secure digital products for internal business units.
- What we do: discover user needs, define MVPs, design workflows, and ship audited applications used daily by SATS operations
- Culture: collaborative, outcome‑driven, “assistant‑first” (solutions help users without extra steps), with strong standards for architecture, documentation, and governance
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories for internal applications
- Support project coordination: schedule meetings, take notes, track tasks, and update plans
- Assist with user research, prototype validation, and feedback collection
- Prepare project artifacts: presentations, requirement documents, and status reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align goals and deliverables
- Help with UAT: draft test cases, capture defects, and support release readiness
- Contribute to process improvements and digital solution design initiatives
Key Requirements
- Structured problem‑solver: able to map processes and write clear user stories
- Strong communicator: comfortable engaging stakeholders and presenting updates
- User‑centric mindset: curious about operational workflows and MVP delivery
- Execution discipline: familiar with UAT prep, defect tracking, and release readiness
- Nice to have: Jira/ClickUp, Visio/Miro/Figma, basic API/SDLC awareness
- Professional qualities: ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for making complex operations simple and safe
