Key Responsibilities

• Responsible in maintaining the halal documents.

• To liaise with procurement team in requesting for halal certificates.

• To upkeep all halal documents in the system.

• Ensure all halal certificates are updated and easily accessible during audits.

• Assist in verifying new raw materials.

• Liaise with warehouse to retrieve daily incoming invoices.

• Assist to Conduct inspections at warehouse and premises when required.

• Check and sign incoming invoices/transfer orders.

• Assist during MUIS renewal audits.

• Any other operational duties instructed by Reporting Officer

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma

• Familiar with MS applications.

• Familiar with Muis HALMQ and Audit.

• Minimum experience of 2 years with Halal Competency Assessment preferred.

• Willing to attend to onsite duties

• Without experience may also apply. Training will be provided.
