Key Responsibilities

Responsible in maintaining the halal documents.

To liaise with procurement team in requesting for halal certificates.

To upkeep all halal documents in the system.

Ensure all halal certificates are updated and easily accessible during audits.

Assist in verifying new raw materials.

Liaise with warehouse to retrieve daily incoming invoices.

Assist to Conduct inspections at warehouse and premises when required.

Check and sign incoming invoices/transfer orders.

Assist during MUIS renewal audits.

Any other operational duties instructed by Reporting Officer
Key Requirements
-
Education: Diploma
-
Familiar with MS applications.
-
Familiar with Muis HALMQ and Audit.
-
Minimum experience of 2 years with Halal Competency Assessment preferred.
- Willing to attend to onsite duties
