Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and fresh graduates.
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Support internships, graduate programmes, work-study programmes and participant engagement activities.
  • Coordinate career fairs, campus talks, learning journeys and other outreach events.
  • Build relationships with universities, polytechnics, ITE and other education partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, participants, supervisors and hiring managers.
  • Track programme milestones, participant feedback and conversion into permanent roles.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, programme documentation, trackers and reports.
  • Support employer-branding content and campaigns for students and fresh graduates.
  • Ensure activities comply with company policies and programme requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, campus recruitment, or programme coordination would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities, internship programmes, graduate programmes, or workforce development initiatives.
  • Exposure to candidate management, event coordination, stakeholder engagement, or employer branding activities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, reports and programme documentation.
  • Comfortable using recruitment portals, social media platforms and digital collaboration tools.
