Key Responsibilities
- Support the global implementation and deployment of the Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) across SATS, including coordinating user access, license usage, metadata upkeep, reporting governance and work closely with systems integrator and CLMS system provider. Conduct UAT on behalf of functional users where required.
- Assist in managing and tracking the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract intake, legal review, negotiations, approvals, execution, storage, and obligations tracking.
- Organize and maintain existing contract repositories to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support contract data migration activities from legacy systems into the new CLMS.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a contract clause library to promote consistency and efficiency.
- Review and update contract templates in alignment with organizational and legal requirements.
- Contribute to change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption of CLMS.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and supporting documentation for system implementation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project milestones and implementation objectives.
- Provide administrative and operational support throughout the CLMS rollout and post-implementation phases.
