Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working with the training team in Aviation Catering environment. You are required to be :
- Learning and understanding how machinery and process work.
- Reviewing and giving suggestion improvement to work process.
- Key Task : Creating guide on machinery for junior staff to refer to or to prepare job aids for staff
- Secondary Task : Create videos on how the machineries work using different tools.
- Carry out any duties as required by supervisor
- Be willing to communicate with operations team.
Key Requirements
You are best equipped for this role if you :
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s operations, products, and services in order to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Are keen to develop adaptable and transferable skills within the training industry
- Are meticulous and detail-oriented
- Are willing to communicate and collaborate with the operations team, and comfortable interacting with ground staff
