Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Executive/Senior Executive, Human Capital to support SATS Seletar Aviation Services Pte Ltd, based at 21 Seletar Aerospace Road 1, Seletar Airport Passenger Terminal, Singapore 797405.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the following functions:
- Delivering human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives and organisational goals
- Managing employee engagement programmes, including performance management, learning and development, and retention strategies
- Providing HR advisory support to on people-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain high-quality candidates
- Monthly Payroll functions
- Conducting workforce planning and analytics to identify skill gaps and support succession planning initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice HR standards
- Managing employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, whilst maintaining a positive workplace culture
- Contributing to the development and implementation of organisational culture and values initiatives
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll administration, and HR operations.
- Exposure to employee relations and performance management processes will be an advantage.
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Basic knowledge of workforce planning and HR analytics is an advantage.
