Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a quality-driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Quality Control) to support our ByteDance account. In this role, you will oversee food safety, quality assurance, compliance, and operational governance across onsite dining and catering operations. You will work closely with operations and corporate quality teams to uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
 

What You'll Do

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections across dining halls, kitchens, pantries, storage areas, and catering operations.
  • Monitor compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP requirements, company SOPs, and client standards.
  • Identify non-conformances, investigate issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, quality checklists, and operational procedures.
  • Track quality KPIs, audit results, and compliance trends, and prepare management reports.
  • Coordinate internal, corporate, and client audits, ensuring operational readiness and timely closure of findings.
  • Lead investigations into food quality and food safety incidents, including root cause analysis and action planning.
  • Partner with Corporate Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams to implement quality initiatives and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance, food safety, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, food safety, catering, food manufacturing, or hospitality operations.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, meticulous, and independent individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
