Key Responsibilities
Overall Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Executive Ramp Operations, you are responsible for the stability in ramp resourcing and deployment, enhancing the safety and security at ramp and ensuring everyone is fully trained and certified to carry out their work confidently without mistake.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To undergo training in ramp operations (such as headset, driving, PLB operation) as a standby officer
- To manage training schedule of the trainers and ensure all staff are confident before checking out of the training modules.
- Conduct audits on the ground to ensure staff follow SOP and wear safety PPE at all times
- Conduct equipment checks to ensure they are safe for use
- To liaise with various departments and staff involved to carry out incident investigations for submission to the General Manager and clients and follow up with corrective action plans
- To assist in ramp related digitalisation project (e.g. Realtime, G-ops, way-to-go, etc)
- Forward planning of resources and dynamic management of daily resources
- To support Senior Executive, Ramp operations in any other related work
Key Requirements
