Key Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency
- Oversee the efficient running of manufacturing operations for sats food services 234 pandan loop.
- Establish and review procedures and work process to meet operational changes and customer requirements.
- Monitor process compliance and drive process improvements.
- Plan, manage and control section to work effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure GMPs in food plant & smooth operations.
Safety and Security
- Ensure a safe working improvement for all staff in the section.
- Oversee food & personal safety and security matters related to transportation and operation.
People Development
- Ensure sufficient & proper OJT are being carry out to all staffs
- Monitor, evaluate and enhance staff performance, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and recognising achievements.
- Inculcate good staff discipline, including implementing a fair but firm disciplinary measure when necessary.
- Maintain and enhance positive workplace harmony and staff morale.
Control Operational Costs
- Monitor and control operating costs, including Overtime (OT) costs and transportation claims, while ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor & plan NE staffs duty schedule according to events and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with executives, employees and HODs of other departments to ensure maximum integrated operating effectiveness.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.

- Relevant experience in food manufacturing plant operations or a similar field
- Strong leadership and management skills.
