Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer information (addresses and billing information) and specifications of items to be purchased are in the system.
- Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
- Review orders for completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing.
- Verify customer and order information for correctness.
- Check inventory records to determine availability of requested items.
- Prepare delivery orders / invoices.
- Direct specified departments or units to prepare and deliver orders to designated locations.
- File copies of orders received, or post orders on records.
- Receive and respond to customer complaints.
- Communicate with internal business units and external suppliers for supply of raw materials
- Assist Team in solving problems for fulfilment of orders.
- Performs additional duties or take on projects when required
Key Requirements
- Minimum NITEC
- Customer service experience or related customer fronting roles
- Experience with order processing, order fulfilment and reporting.
- Experience with S4HANA or SAP is an advantage.
- Attention to details and meticulous in placing orders and filling out reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take on ad-hoc duties and adopt to day-to-day operational changes.
- Collaborative and an excellent team player with great interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates integrity in all actions and decisions.
