Key Responsibilities
The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of CF Interco. This position will be responsible for supporting operational processes, improving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to multitask.
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficient and seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for all operational processes.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication across departments.
- Coordinate with the ordering desk to manage daily workflows, including sample requests and related tasks.
- Monitor and understand stock levels, ensuring timely updates and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with various departments to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and achieve operational goals.
- Develop and implement preventive measures to minimize operational disruptions and improve efficiency.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback/response promptly and professionally.
Key Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, or similar role
- Must own a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations
- Experience in food industry will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Good communication, oral and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate well across teams and work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
