Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the punctuality and safety of departure flights
- Ensures staff’s familiarity and competency to the various airlines’ requirements and Weight & Balance licenses to achieve appropriate work standards
- Maintains close relationship with airline customers by ensuring their SOPs and SLAs are adhered to
- Attends to airlines’ and relevant stakeholders’ meetings
- Handles quality, safety and airline related documentations and audits
- Investigates operational discrepancies with corrective and preventive actions
- Responsible for the day-to-day running and operations of the department
- Undertakes relevant duties and projects as assigned
Key Requirements
- A degree in any discipline
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm
- Able to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines
- Preferably with 2 - 3 years of operations experience
- Relevant knowledge in weight and balance is an advantage
