Key Responsibilities


As a Gateway Service APAC Support Executive (6 months contract), you will assist the business team with day-to-day operations and gain hands-on experience in business management, analysis, and strategic planning. 

In this role you will:

  • Support business operations and strategic initiatives across different departments.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to allow for informed decision-making and business strategies.
  • Conduct analysis and track financial and operational performances of Joint Ventures, highlighting any notable trends, gaps and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research on target entry markets, including but not limited to economic/social/geopolitical trends and policies as well as aviation/ground handling market changes.
  • Assist to prepare presentations, reports and proposals required for CEO APAC Office (PowerPoints, excel charts, etc).
  • Collaborate with team members on projects and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning activities.
  • Provide support in organizing and executing business events.

Key Requirements

 

  • Degree in Business Management/ Administrative or equivalent will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be preferred.
  • Experience in business development or event management will be preferred.
