Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and ensure efficiency in inventory control and store manning at all AIC stores.
- Manage clients’ stocks and ensure clients’ standards and requirements are met.
- Ensure prompt and accurate submission of airline inventory reports.
- Oversee and ensure airline inventory audits are carried out smoothly.
- Ensure optimum stock level for both SATS and clients’ stock items.
- Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) to initiate purchase of stocks promptly.
- Ensure prompt and accurate verification of vendor invoices.
- Responsible for managing vendors’ contracts and manage vendors’ performance and ensure on time delivery.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of store facility and equipment.
- Ensure compliance to NEA and other government/airport regulatory requirements on disposal of waste.
- Responsible for all safety related matters, ensuring compliance with all related policies and procedures.
- Track and monitor correct adherence to SOP on safety cards.
- Lead all store-related sustainability projects and initiatives.
- Manage the recycling process for by-products generated from aircraft handling and store operations, as well as the vendors involved in the recycling activities.
- Assist in staff-related matters, including but not limited to, staff roster planning, attendance, leave planning and recruitment
- Coordinate and support staff recognition initiatives and events
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by AIC Management.
Key Requirements
- Degree in any discipline;
- Familiar with good practices in a warehouse environment perferred
- Possess strong communication skills;
- Good analytical skills
- Be meticulous in his/her work output;
- Be highly adaptive and resilient at work;
- Be a team player, highly motivated and an independent worker;
