Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and Monitor Apron Operational Processes
- Oversee the full cycle of Apron operations, from aircraft arrival to departure, ensuring all steps are executed smoothly.
- Align daily activities with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational benchmarks.
- Identify and address any deviations or delays in real-time to maintain operational integrity.
- Collaborate with AOCC Officers and ground teams to ensure synchronized execution across functions.
2. Track and Oversee Milestone Progression Using Dashboards
- Utilize real-time dashboards and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Apron operations.
- Analyse dashboard trends to detect early signs of operational disruption.
- Provide timely updates to Duty Manager and relevant teams based on dashboard insights.
3. Engage Departments for Incident Chronology and Reporting
- Liaise with departments such as Ground Handling, Security, Airline Operations, and Maintenance to gather incident details.
- Compile a clear and chronological account of events for each incident, including timestamps, personnel involved, and actions taken.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of incident documentation for submission to Apron Management and SIOC.
- Support investigations by providing contextual information and operational background.
- Maintain a repository of incident reports for future reference and trend analysis.
4. Disseminate Updates and Advisories to Stakeholders
- Inform and circulate timely operational updates, advisories, or alerts to relevant departments.
- Ensure clarity, relevance, and urgency in communications, especially during disruptions or emergencies.
- Track acknowledgment and response from recipients to confirm message receipt and action.
- Coordinate follow-up communications as needed to close the loop on advisories.
5. Support Duty Manager in Execution of Responsibilities
- Assist the Duty Manager in managing escalations, incident reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Provide operational data, summaries, and recommendations to aid decision-making.
