Key Responsibilities

  • Checking in of passengers to boarding of flights.
  • Greeting passengers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
  • Handling flight disruptions, providing recovery assistance to affected passengers.
  • Handle lost and found baggage.
  • Airline Weight & Balance.
  • Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

 
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
1. Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills
2. Dynamic individual with service aptitude and willingness to go the extra mile
3. Able to work well in teams
4. Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
5. Meticulous and an eye for details
6. Good problem-solving skills
7. Able to perform basic computer transactions
 
Note: This is a rotating shift position. Candidare must be able to commit to weekends and Public Holidays
