Key Responsibilities

  • Checking in of passengers to boarding of flights.
  • Greeting passengers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
  • Handling flight disruptions, providing recovery assistance to affected passengers.
  • Handle lost and found baggage.
  • Airline Weight & Balance.
  • Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidate must possess at least a "N", "O" Level, any field, including a pass in English.
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / hotel / lounge related industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.
  • Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
  • Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.
  • A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Computer literacy
