Key Responsibilities

In this role you are required:
1. Support Managers and AOs in daily activities, meetings, incident investigation, employee engagement activities, and conduct daily audits of warehouse.
2. Identify potential bottlenecks faced, and assist in projects solutioning + implementation
3. Coordinate closely with facilities team on repair status of infrastructures such as lightings, computers, weighing scale and etc.
4. Assist in compiling of statistics for reporting (e.g., Tonnage data / mishandling rates)
5. Assist in weekend manpower status update
6. Assist in ad-hoc Cargo BU events
7. Assist in Data collection and analysis 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:
1. Interest in Aviation / Operations / Logistics
2. Good time management skill and strong interpersonal communication skills
3. Ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders on the ground
4. Detail oriented / ability to identify issues on the go
5. Proficent in Microsoft Office  (Powerpoint / Excel / Word)
