Key Responsibilities
- Assist to update relevant training manuals and SOPs so that training documentation, curriculum and learning aids are updated with the latest ops / GSE modifications; all to be vetted and approved by Asst Manager (AM), Apron Training
- Monitor and co-ordinate roster of Trainers and their appropriate assignment for respective Training demands
- Data entry and update training records in SATS Learning Management System (LMS)
- Data entry and update the list of attendees and training assessment for relevant training courses on SINGOV’s Training Partners Gateway online platform as necessary
- Customer servicing for (e.g. phone/email) enquiries on Training courses offered by Apron Training from both internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate confirmation / postponement / cancellation of training courses to respective stakeholders and relevant persons
- Prepare and assist in training admin matters e.g. attendance list, training materials, training checklist, assessment forms, preparation and issuance of certificates, licenses as applicable
- Perform invoicing and collection of payment for courses or assessment conducted and/or airside vehicle for external stakeholders
- Perform admin related functions related to training and cost re-charge to internal SATS BU Cost Centers
- Arrange for collection / dispatch of certificates to successful candidates
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Pax Services and Cargo Services Training Managers / Executives, Human Capital (HC), Finance, SATS Academy, Apron/Ramp Admin, Service Planners / Resource Planners for advance planning of Trainer, Training Room, GSE, Training hand-out resources as required
- Support AM, Apron Training and Apron BUs for internal / external audit requirements on training matters
- Any other duties assigned by Asst Mgr, Apron Training or Apron/Ramp Training Supervisor
Key Requirements
- Competent in Microsoft applications especially Word and Excel.
- Able to do book keeping or settle accounts
- Able to perform front desk duties
- General reports from LMS for reporting purposes
- Knowledge Power BI, creating Excel formulas to automate tasks and Pivot tables and charts from Excel would be an added advantage
