Key Responsibilities

 

  • In charge of handling payroll and human resource operations for the designated business unit
  • Verify employee absences and allowances through audits
  • Respond to questions from staff about payments, absences, attendance, and HR-related issues
  • Serve as liaisons between the Technology department and Human Capital (Systems) to address problems or concerns about Success Factors (SF) and time clocking systems
  • Verify that shift timings are appropriately interfaced to SF by performing checks in SF-Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Fix any interface issues that arise between internal staff deployment system and SF-ECP, and then run a 44-hr check
  • Keep an eye out for mistakes identified by the SF/EC and time clocking systems, and make sure the necessary fixes are made
  • Preparation of data for Management reports
  • Manages Flexi workers, includes payment and shift biddings
  • Arrangement of gifts/wreaths for eligible employees
  • Support staff re-employment process
  • Other ad hoc assignment/responsibilities as assigned

Key Requirements

 

  • Possess a Diploma, preferably in Human Resource Management or related
  • With at least 2 years of HR Operations experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, meticulous, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, including PowerAutomate
