Key Responsibilities
1. Innovate and Launch Branded Cargo Solutions
Develop and introduce new products and services with distinctive branding to capture emerging opportunities. These offerings should reinforce SATS Cargo’s reputation as the premier ground handler in Changi Airport.
2. Lead Operational Excellence for E-Commerce and Value-Added Services
Lead a high-performing operations team within Cargo Terminal Operations to accelerate the implementation of new value-added services. Champion operational excellence by introducing work improvement initiatives through process studies, with a strong focus on staff deployment and development, technology adoption, safety, and regulatory compliance.
3. Expand Revenue Streams through New Customer Segments
Identify and pursue new customer segments and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability. Focus on expanding new and emerging service verticals that complement our core cargo operations.
4. Implement Projects and Marketing Initiatives to Meet Financial Goals
Design and execute strategic projects and marketing campaigns that align with budgetary targets and financial objectives, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable growth.
5. Strengthen and Grow Relationships with Clients and Partners
Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as service partners, to enhance collaboration, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
Key Requirements
- Degree holder with analytical, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight timeline.
- A goal-getter and result-driven, who is an independent worker.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business and product development with project management skills, preferably in E-Commerce fulfilment or air cargo logistics industries.
- Has an interest to take on a business development and operational role in the air cargo industry
- Able to command, lead and work with operations to fulfil customer requirements.
