Key Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible to manage and support SAP S4 Materials Management modules (Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Management)
• Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle, implementation, execution and compliance of various SAP Projects and Change Requests related to MM functional.
• Engage Business Stakeholders to identify and propose changes / enhancements to SAP to meet the strategic and operational needs of the business units.
• Ensure alignment of IT solution and business requirements and bridge the gap between business stakeholders/users and IT proposed functions.
• Facilitate the recording of requirements, formulate the solution, and manage the development team to deliver the agreed upon scope on time and within budget.
• Responsible for stakeholder management, management of end-users as well as SATS’ appointed delivery vendor including planning and coordination of end-user testing and training for SAP enhancements / implementations.
• Oversee the resolution of SAP MM related tickets by monitoring performance of the appointed SAP Level 2 support vendors and engagement with key business stakeholders.
• Participate in SAP DR exercises, SAP Audits and related Business As Usual activities.
• Cross Train and share knowledge with other team members for a mutual learning opportunity.
• Should be capable of doing simple configurations and do In-house developments in MM areas working together with In-house developers.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new domains; experience with CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) is considered an added advantage.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in at least 3 full cycles of SAP implementation and/or at least 5 years of relevant support experience in SAP MM.  SAP S4 HANA experience, and SAP MM certification is desirable.
• Qualification in Project Management and Service Delivery (using ITIL framework) would be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present IT solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as a team on multiple projects and/or concurrent tasks.
• Domain knowledge in the Food Industry and Supply Chain would be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn new areas and open-minded to take on new roles within the team as required.
• Work will be closer to the user base, hence should be willing to work from the office most of the time.
• Familiarity with CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) will be regarded as an additional qualification.
